If a piece is not quite right, the return process is designed to stay orderly, quick, and clear from the first message through refund confirmation.
Return Window
Unworn items in original presentation may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
30-Day Returns
Items must be unworn, complete, and sent back in their original presentation. Returns outside the stated window or with visible wear may not qualify for refund approval.
How To Return
Contact the team with your order reference, receive the return instructions, repack the item carefully, and hand the parcel to the designated carrier or drop-off point provided in the guidance.
Refund Timing
Once the returned item is received and reviewed, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If a different size, finish, or color is needed, the team can help determine whether a direct exchange or a return followed by a replacement order is the better route.
